This is another Facebook post I did about how much I miss you. We were supposed to have such a special visit just a few weeks after you passed. That was never to be though. Oh how I wish we could have had that one last visit! Just that one last visit! Just a few more memories and pictures to hold on to! It just wasn't to be though. I will always treasure the memories and pictures that I do have though. Always! I love you Dad!

"I sure do miss my Dad!!! This was supposed to be the time I was in California to visit him and the rest of my family. We were going to do so many things together. I was going to stay at his house he had just bought. We were going to spend yesterday in San Francisco. He was going to show me the best spot to take pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge. We were going to pick blackberries together. He would have climbed into the bush to get me the best berries, not even caring that he was getting stuck a thousand times, just like he had always done. We were going to go to the ocean together. The ocean was always a special place for my Dad and I really enjoyed going with him. It was going to be a very nice visit for both of us. We were both so excited. I was the only one going so we were going to have plenty of time together. Just the two of us. I can't even tell you how heartbreaking it is that we will never get the chance to have that visit. Or any visit at all this side of Heaven. So so sad. I love you Dad!!!!!
